about Civic Winery
Civic Winery is a fully-functional urban winery in downtown Eugene.
We specialize in natural amphora fermentation.
We work exclusively with organically and biodynamically grown grapes.
Our wines are made with minimal intervention.
We ferment and age our wines in clay and concrete vessels to maintain fruit purity and balance.
We don’t add yeast; we don’t add water, sugar, or phenolic compounds.
We are committed to a low-impact production method.
